Camera doesn't shoot video.

My A4TECH 16M PK- 750G Internet camera can shoot pictures but not video. When I press the shoot button, nothing happens and when I try to see those videos, there is nothing. Could you, please, help me? I have installed its software IM magician but nothing seems to work.

The only way you could capture video is to use IMagician. I personally tested the application and it works just fine except the fact that I don't have an A4Tech camera but as I read on the manual and the sites it seems that the problem may be with the version of the IMagician. Kindly remove the application from your computer using the Uninstaller provided by the application, download the new package and perform a fresh installation. It could also come in handy if you can reinstall the drivers.
