I have an A4Tech PC webcam but I do not know if it is model H or model K.

How can I detect which camera I have on my PC? It is working but it appears as if I have both drivers.

If the webcam is properly installed in your computer, then you can use Aida64 as a system information tool to properly identify the model of your webcam. You can find details of the webcam in the Multimedia category or in the Summary category where all the device are listed.

Also, in some cases the model of the webcam is printed on the back or under the webcam on its information sticker.

I downloaded Aida 64 to learn after completing the installation that it is just a trial and that I need to purchase the software. No information about the Price, as usual.!
Nothing is printed in the back or in front or the sides of the webcam.

Aida 64 could not detect the webcam in the multimedia category, or under devices. The Summary category was not visible.

In summary, I still remain without knowing which of the two camera drivers that seem to be installed on my PC have to be deleted.

I thank you very much for your kind intention to help me. At least I learned about the existence of Aida64 that looks a great program to monitor what we hace on our computers, but certainly it is not to be manipulated by ordinary PC users like myself. Thorough technical knowledge to use Aida64 is needed.
