The application should detect the device normally. Try to power on the device and connect it to PC then go to Start > Run > devmgmt.msc and make sure the device is properly installed because connection problems are usually related to driver installation. If you find the device in the list, right click it and select Uninstall then unplug it, reboot the computer and plug it back. Let Windows install the drivers again and start Naviextras Toolbox.
