My phone is locked with a password and the password is lost.

Question

I am using an Android XOLO Q3000 phone. The phone is locked with a password and the password is lost. I am trying to flash/reset the phone in the nearest mobile service center and it's not working out as the phone is secured by XOLO Secure App.

Can you please suggest my further action as soon as possible?

To unlock the phone, first root it using the guide on XDA Forums. To access the guide use Google Search. Once the phone has been rooted, install Titanium Backup and manually delete the application by using a force delete option found in the Titanium Backup. After you have removed the Xolo Secure, reboot the phone in recovery and factory reset it.
