Latest questions about "xolo secure"

After a hard reset of my Xolo Q800, I am trying to configuring Xolo Secure, but after logging in to Google, it says the APK is outdated & can only be configured after a update.

I am using Xolo a500s for last 8 months. I don't use Xolo Secure often. Now I want to do some changes, but I forgot my PIN number.

I have a Xolo Q800 X-edition mobile locked due to many pattern attempts. It is asking for the email id and password, I have tried many times but it shows that they are wrong.

The device is locked completely because of entering wrong password several times. Also Xolo Secure has disabled the hard reset option. Please suggest the ways to unlock the phone.
