Encoding video error.

Here is a problem I started having a few weeks ago, after using Creator NXT for the past 18 months or so.

While going from the edits I've made on Storyline to "Make Movie," all goes fine until I go to play the file back. Quite often at some point during the playback, I get this message: "Windows Media Player encountered a problem while playing the file". And the playback stops. And the file is corrupt. What could be causing that? The program just started doing this in recent weeks. Any help you can give would be appreciated! I'm a longtime Video Wave user.

First thing to do when you have problems with an application is to re-install it. It may sound as a very easy solution but in most of the cases it works. Additionally, try to install additional codecs in your computer. Use Combined Community Codec Pack and install them then start the application again. If I'd were you, I'd check the settings to make sure that everything is configured properly when it comes to video encoding, playback and codecs.
