I have a Xolo Q800 X-edition mobile locked due to many pattern attempts. It is asking for the email id and password, I have tried many times but it shows that they are wrong. Then I tried the wipe data/factory reset option but it shows that "Wipe/factory reset is disabled by Xolo secure, please turn off factory reset lock in Xolo secure to wipe the device".

You can't disable XOLO Secure if you don't have access to the phone, however, try rooting it and install a custom recovery which will bypass the XOLO Secure app. You can do that using Google. Access Google and visit XDA Forums.
