Password forgotten for Xolo Secure.

I am using Xolo a500s for last 8 months. I don't use Xolo Secure often. Now I want to do some changes, but I forgot my PIN number. I had tried the forgot password link but after signing in into my account, Xolo Secure says Google ID doesn't match with the saved ID. What to do now?

You need to use the ID that is attached to the phone in order to obtain a recovery PIN. Unfortunately, XOLO Secure is hard to remove because it involves in rooting your phone and wiping the application from it. This can be done using the information found on the XDA Forums. There is no other way around it. Additionally, you can visit the support from your carrier or a local phone service shop.
