Why can't I access either of these on my desktop or my laptop now? I have tried 'forgot password' and reinstalling but always get an error message saying there is a problem and to report it. I have reported it, it's getting very frustrating not being able to access either of these. I have called Acer Tech support, but the tech was not helpful at all and didn't seem very interested in helping me. I felt like I was bothering him and didn't really care about helping me. I have had my all-in-one since January 2014 and my laptop is only a couple of years old. Please let me know how to fix these 2 problems.
