Why can't I access either of these on my desktop or my laptop now? I have tried 'forgot password' and reinstalling but always get an error message saying there is a problem and to report it. I have reported it, it's getting very frustrating not being able to access either of these. I have called Acer Tech support, but the tech was not helpful at all and didn't seem very interested in helping me. I felt like I was bothering him and didn't really care about helping me. I have had my all-in-one since January 2014 and my laptop is only a couple of years old. Please let me know how to fix these 2 problems.

My advice is to visit the Cloud website and download the newly released packages. Before attempting any other installation, clean the registry files with the help of CCleaner. Download and install it then click on Registry menu and Analyze then Clean. After this process, download the packages again and install them with Administrator rights. They should work now.
