Error 30918 when trying to log in to AcerCloud

I've created an account on AcerCloud, but when I write my password, I receive an "error code 30918" and I can't log in. What's wrong?

This is a problem with the servers and the application. Please update your AcerCloud to the latest version and try to log in again. There is nothing to do from your side as it's not the phone's fault.
