Information about Acer Cloud and Acer Portal.
Why can't I access either of these on my desktop or my laptop now? I have tried 'forgot password' and reinstalling but always get an error message saying there is a problem and to report it.

I've created an account on AcerCloud, but when I write my password, I receive an "error code 30918" and I can't log in. What's wrong?
