No, it's not possible to stop, rewind or forward IESpeaker while it is working. Once you click the Speak icon, it will play and speak the selected content. If you click it again, the speaking will stop. There are no other buttons to add for your request. Unfortunately, you cannot contact the developer because the official website doesn't exist anymore.
