Connection problem while accessing IPCAMs.

I can contact my IPCAM if I'm on the same WiFi, otherwise if try to contact while I'm away from home, 99% I receive an "Error in username and password" message.

You need to configure your IPCAM from WiFi to allow outside connections. You encounter that error because the IPCAM refuses connection from the outside network. Even if you use a correct name and password, the error will always be the same in case the connection is successful. Access the IPCAM from WIFI, configure it to allow external access and then you will be able to connect it.
