This is not a spyware process. In fact, it is part of the Android base system and it allows the system to share the processes for better interoperability. You shouldn't remove it because you might cause stability issues to your operating system. Additionally, install Malwarebytes from PlayStore and run a scan of your Android phone. It's easier this way to scan for infected files rather then deleting them all by yourself.
