All Google location services should be off. Why are they still running? Is there a way to kill them?
Once you turn off Location feature in an Android phone, all the apps and services will get an access denied when they attempt to access it. If you can't do it this way, install a process manager in Android and then you can turn off the apps and services. I recommended choosing ES Task Manager to locate and kill all the unneeded processes.
