Shepherd's Staff offers you the possibility to mark members as inactive. Once they are marked as being inactive, all their rights will be revoked. This is a simple procedure and it involves in right clicking the inactive member and then apply the inactivity flag. Save the operation and the next time that member tries to print or report, it will be faced with an error due to permissions.
