This application strongly depends on the Net Framework installation. This means that the error encountered during install is caused by the lack of Net Framework installation. Visit Microsoft page and install the latest version of Net Framework and then launch the application. It should work this way, however, Wassapp is known to have problems when it comes to registration and functionality.
