Is there a VPN compatible for Lumia 720?

Is there any VPN services similar to Hotspot Shield that can be installed in Lumia 720? Also why does this phone not support .exe files? How can I install EXE files in Lumia 720 phones?

To be able to use VPN in your phone, first upgrade its firmware to Windows 8.1 Developer. After you install the latest version, access Market and search for VPN. Between results, there will be listed applications that allow you to use VPN. One of these applications is VPN Pro.
