ClickTray Calendar stopped working. What should I do?

Today, after restarting my computer, I was able to add a new address to my address book, but I noticed 2 things. All my notices had disappeared, and the notice field itself was solid black, and I could not see any entries I tried to make. Attempting to change this had no effect. I am still recovering from a previous loss of my address book. I am using Windows 7, and what I think is the latest version of the Click Tray program.

The problem is related to the fact that the application wasn't configured to run on Windows 7. It was developed and made available for Windows 98, ME, 2000, and XP. This means that the problems are influenced by the security rights. To fix this, backup the address book, uninstall the application, log-in on Windows with an Administrator, then install the application using Run As Administrator. You also need to do this when the program is started for the first time.
