The default launcher does not allow you to browse the pictures saved on Bluestacks from WhatsApp. Try to install a launcher application (Adw Launcher or Apex Launcher) and then press the Application's button on the main interface and you'll have the possibility to access the Gallery where the pictures are stored. Use the built-in search feature to look for the application.
