The application is released as a single user licence. This means that you can simply delete the program from the original PC and install it on another. Since it cannot be used on two different computers at the same time, first uninstall it then install it on new PC and activate it with the same serial number without the need to purchase it again. If the serial number is generated based on your Hardware ID, you need to email the developer to generate another serial number for your new PC.
