The fix is very simple. You can't register the plug-in because the software doesn't have Administrative rights to unlock the files. To give Administrative rights, right click the executable file and choose Run as Administrator. If you are logged in like a limited user, the action won't be taken, but you can choose Run as, then select the administrator and ask his permission. Input the serial number, restart the software and run it as Administrator again. It should work this way.
