Obtaining a refund from the software developer.

I have paid twice for the same update in total of € 117.80. How can I get a refund? Orders below:

You need to contact the seller of the application. They are the only one who can issue a refund to your credit card or PayPal address. These errors usually happen when there was a problem with the browser. In most of the cases, the back button was used to go back a step. If you can't reach the developer, contact your bank.
