The key to access BIOS is usually specified in the manual of the device, however, recently Sony changed the way of accessing the BIOS. Since it's a VAIO FIT device, simply turn it off then press the ASSIST key and that's it. Wait for laptop to start and from the menu that appears on screen select Bios Setup.
