Once the watch has been paired with the phone, the connection is actually established. You should access the Bluetooth menu in Settings to check exactly if the devices are paired. There is also a big possibility the watch isn't compatible with the Xperia E, even if it's released by the same company. Consult the manual of the watch to see exactly what type of phones you can connect to the watch.
