For a successful connection, PC Companion can manage the features available on your mobile phone in this case, turning Bluetooth, wireless, USB and so on on or off. This is something normal especially when you are upgrading the firmware of the phone. Once the procedures are complete, go to Settings and enable connectivity features again.
