Bluestacks users.log is corrupt and unreadable. Please run chkdsk utillty. What is this?

I used Bluestacks. I was working properly and suddenly one day it shows me an error of my Bluestacks file path and tells me to check chkdsk utility, but I can't use it. I tried both ways to check it and it was't working. How to fix this problem?

The chkdsk utility will not run if you don't have administrator rights. To make it work, go to Start > Search for run and right click it once it appears in the list then select Run as Administrator. After this operation, type chkdsk /R into the Command Prompt window and that's it. Wait for the process to complete. At the end of the operation, reboot the computer and files should be fixed.
