In order to fix the issue, you will need to enable Microsoft Virtual WiFi Miniport Adapter. Go to Start, type cmd and open the application using Administrator rights. After that, type netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow and hit Enter.
If this doesn't help, press Windows + Pause/Break key combination and open Device Manager. Expand the Network Adapters list and enable Virtual Miniport adapter. Also, I suggest you run the HotFix provided by Microsoft. Check the official forum for further information.
