The phone does not charge with its mobile wire.

Problem is when I get to connect my S3 Galaxy mobile to desktop computer
(Windows 8) it mentioned as being unknown. At the same time when I connect it to another desktop like Windows 7 for example, it's connecting directly with a notification as being known. What can I do in this case?

The PC needs drivers in order to recognize the phone. Visit Google and obtain the driver, install it in Windows 8 then connect the phone. Once the phone has been installed, you will have the possibility to use it and the unknown problem will go away.
