You don't have the possibility to recover deleted photos from the internal storage of the phones you've mentioned. However, if the photos have been stored on an external device such as a SDCard, then you can connect that card to a PC through a card reader and use Recuva to restore the deleted images. Connect the card, install Recuva, and use the built-in wizard to set it up for recovery.
