Can't open my Qmobile A-300 normally. The launcher and desktop don't open. What is the problem?

To fix the phone, turn it off then press Volume Up + Power Button until the Recovery menu appears. Select Wipe Data and reboot it. The phone will not be restored to factory defaults. After it boots, you might have to configure it again with the Google account, etc.
