ABT Software migration

I need to migrate an old server running the ABT Results Management Suite 5 and re-install it on a new server. I can see the workstation files, however the back-end install which I believe involves Oracle 8.1.6 is missing. Can anyone direct me as to how to install the main Repository which I believe is the main body of the whole program?

To be able to migrate the software, Oracle 8.1.6 is required. However, you can acquire this product through the shop available on the Oracle website, but my advice is to contact a Sales Expert person through the contact options available on the bottom right section of the Shop page.
