I apologize for the delay in responding to your inquiry regarding the Mindspring. I did not have an immediate answer so had to do some researching for you. I've had to replace hard drives in my computer before as well and have been in your situation. I found out that we made a branded version of the product but were not the manufacturer. Unfortunately, the manufacturer went out of business a couple of years back and is no longer servicing the product. Wish there was more we could do here, but we just don’t have a way to help.
