Most of the data cards use WiFi and the 3G technology to connect to the Internet. In this case, Bluetooth has nothing to do with it. To connect the data card, simply plug it to the PC using USB Modem and then install the corresponding software and drivers. Reboot the computer and the data card should be installed and available for using.
