How can we connect a serial card with my cpu?

I am having a problem with serial connection between BX-4T1 card with our CPU. We are using LedshowTW 2014. Can you help me?

Since I haven't found a proper tutorial on how to connect a serial card to the CPU while using BX-4T1, I recommend checking the tutorial on how to set-up the Ledshow TW application.
