The "Request Time Out" message appears when the server is not able to answer in a timely manner. This means that it take too long for the request to be completed. Usually, you can use the same command again and it will succeed, but in most cases, this error happens because of a problem with the server. Make sure the application is allowed to connect to Internet and it is allowed on the Exclusion list in Firewall.
