In order to fix the issue, I suggest you re-register DLLs and SPDLs files on your computer. To do this, you will need to uninstall and then reinstall the AutoCAD 2012 VBA Enabler software. If the problem persists, install Microsoft .NET Framework and run Dll-Files Fixer.
