I have tried obtaining information related to the way IMS Commander works, but there isn't anything available for this request. My advice is to re-install the ActiveX package, because it might face corruption. Close all the browsers and the applications that use this ActiveX and then reboot the PC. When it comes back, re-install the ActiveX package and try exporting the files to Excel. Additionally, access the Help section of the application to learn about possible fixes for this error.
