How do I speak with a Skype Customer Service representative?

I am trying to access my Skype service and cannot. I can 'sign-in', but all I can access is information about more Skype services. The system is very efficient at extracting my money (two $35 payments in 24 hours), but there are no directions for speaking with a representative.

I would like to speak with someone to resolve my problem or, have my payments refunded and my account cancelled.

I would like to recommend you the official Skype Support page which explains how to get in touch with a representative. Use the following page and read the instructions. Alternatively, connect to your account on the web interface using the main website and you can cancel the payments from that location under Billing.
