Firstly, I suggest you try opening the application using the serial number received when you purchased it. Type the number in the password field and open the software. If it doesn't work, navigate to Start > Control Panel > Appearance > Folder Options, click the View tab, check the Show hidden files, folders, and drives box and click OK. After that, delete the
win_mpwd_sys.dat file from:
(C:) > Program data;
(C:) > Users > Vortex > AppData > Local;
(C:) > Windows > SysWOW64.
Note: If you're using a 32bit computer, instead of Windows > SysWOW64, you can find the
