Unfortunately, the best solution for you is to send an email to Estelar's Software support at this address: support@estelargroup.com and ask them for help. They also have the possibility to verify that you are actually the owner of the application and not someone who's trying to the access the files that the owner has locked.
As far as I understand, the application also encrypts the files in the folders that it locks, so moving the hard-disk to a different PC wouldn't help you too much. Even though you would be able to see the respective folder, all the files in it should be scrambled.
