Anyone out there that has an answer or a download link?

This is an IDE/ATAPI driver. It's a drive controller used by Windows to manage the connection between the operating system and the hard disks. You can browse [Google Search][1] to get the driver. The DriverGuide website is recommended to be used to download the necessary driver.
