I need to read the XLTEK EPWorks files using MATLAB. Is there any way to read the data using MATLAB? If there isn't, how can I export the data in a file type that MATLAB can read? The file extension is .iom.

Unfortunately, MATLAB is not supporting .iom files. You can check the supported file formats on the official web page of the application. Also, at this time, there isn't any tool that allows you to convert the .iom files to a format supported by MATLAB.

Persyst (https://www.persyst.com) can read EEG data from IOM files. Persyst has export to EDF format supported by Matlab.
