How can I open SPC files from RFPC using the Matlab software?

Unfortunately, Matlab is not able to open SPC files. You can check the compatible file formats on the MathWorks Support page. In order to open your SPC files, I suggest you try ShowSPC or SpekWin32. Both of them are easy to install and use and are compatible with all major Windows versions.
