Unfortunately, UMS Client has been developed to run only on Windows platforms and you can't use it on your device. I suggest you check Google Play Store database for an alternative solution. You can try tools like DVRplayer, iWatch DVR, Infinity DVR, or Mobile viewer - DVR.
