I've downloaded UMS Client but couldn't really test its functionality 100 % because I don't have the necessary cameras. However, based on what I've seen while testing the application, is that UMS Client has settings to configure the recording path. Start the application then simply click the Setup button on the main interface to open the Settings screen.
In the first section you'll see the Save Path > Capture. Look in that path for saved videos. Identify the video, then use a video cutter to get the section you need.
