Every vault application has a custom trigger that can be used to show the icon in the applications list. Since there are many vault applications on Play Store, I recommend checking the application's page at Play Store. Use the Play Store application in your phone and browse again to its page. Press More on description and then read how can you make the icon appear in the application's list.
