I can't open a video message on Kik.

I have a Blackberry device and a friend sent me a video message on Kik that I can't open. What can I do?

Unfortunately, you can't open the video messages on Kik. The application doesn't currently have built-in video messaging capabilities, and the videos are shared using optimized webpages and third-party applications like Video for Kik and Video Kik. Unfortunately, Kik browser, Video for Kik and Video Kik are available only for Android and iOS devices. Check the official web page for further information.
