If you have an old Lava device, the default code to restore it to its factory condition is 1234 or 4321. If you're using a new Lava product that runs Android, you will need to factory reset it using the instructions from its user manual. Basically, you need to turn it off and to press and hold Volume Up + Power buttons. After that, select Wipe Data/Factory Reset using the Volume keys and press Power.
