In order to unlock the tablet, you will need to perform a factory reset. On the rear part of the device, you will have the Reset hole, Microphone, 3.5mm port for ear buds, Charging port, Mini USB port, microSD slot and the Power button. Turn on the tablet and using a needle press and hold the Reset button. You will need to hold the button between 30 seconds and 1 minute until the tablet reboots.
